I don't know what's going on with these new employees but they obviously they don't pay attention to what you're saying and then at the drive-thru window they give you different food and they make you wait 5 to 10 minutes in a Drive-Thru the wait is awful. I just want to get my correct food and go home how hard can that be?

I’ve visited this location a handful of times in the last year. Service is nice but every time I go, I get my food in under a minute and it’s never fresh. Always like it has been sitting there for 20-30 minutes. ESPECIALLY the fries!! I appreciate the efficiency but I would like hot food made to order as that is what I’m paying for. Especially when there are maybe 3 customers at the whole establishment.

Today Dec 13 at 410 I went inside because the drive thru was packed. When I got inside I seen why. They had 3 workers 1 drive thru cashier, a lobby cashier and 1 food prep. The 2 cashiers just did their stuff and stood there waiting for the prep person to do the orders. I stood inside 20 min waiting on order just watching. I could write a review that said they were slow as crap but I am not going to do that. The food prep an older woman was working her butt off while the 2 kids just stood around watching and waiting. At anytime they could have went and helped if they were trained in food prep that I don't know I'm just assuming. But if they were trained in food prep they never once offered to help to speed the process up at all. So this review is solely for the food prep person that deserves 5 stars but nothing is perfect so I have a 4 star review but my opinion is that the food prep person deserves a thank you not just from me but from everyone that was there today because she was working her butt off and deserves the flowers of this review. So here are your flowers and I hope someone from Wendy's reads this review and is able to track you down from the date and time I posted and give you additional acknowledgement.

Don’t bother going to this location. The employees care more about minding their children and closing the store way before they are supposed to. Children at play inside and rude employees that make the decision to close and tell you that they’ve decided to wrap up early tonight. Don’t waste your time trying to eat here!

I just had the most pleasant experience with a counter server named Tania at this location. I had a special request, and Tania was very helpful. She had a very positive attitude, and it was much appreciated. I go through the drive through at this location fairly often. The food is always good, and the service is fast.

I ordered my husband and I some chilli the meat didn't taste real the beans were not cooked. It's getting cool teach the cooks to cook the chilli it's made in a crackpot. Cook alot people what chilli when it's cold. Went 2 Wendy's one had no chilli the other had very little. Come Wendy's restaurants we want well hot cooked right food I spend a lot of money at Wendy's.

Went through the drive thru, ordered the Jr bacon biggie bag for my daughter. Got home only for her to tell me there was no beef patty, only bacon on the burger. I mean,, come on guys. Whoever the GM is at this location needs to do complete overhaul or be fired themselves cause it is always something at this location.
The customer service at this place at midnight is top tier. Also, if you want n amazing Mango Pineapple Lemonade...yup...this is the place to get it!
