Got off work at midnight and placed an order through the app for the heckle blvd location. Pulled up to the drivethru only to be told they don't have enough meat... In disbelief, I repeated what the lady said to me incase I misheard, but no. She said correct, we dont have enough meat. I ordered 2 damn burgers amd a frosty and of course the frosty machine was down as well. Never in my life have I experienced this level of laziness. And if on the off chance they were out of meat, why the hell are they still opened!? This truly had my blood pressure raised. Never again
Y’all gave me the norovirus!! I’ve been sick within hours of eating here.

This store has completely gone downhill. Extremely poor service I ordered a Baconator and got a burger patty with a chicken patty on top. And they gave me this after I told them that my last order was wrong

Wrong order bad custer care service at drive threw. Lady was rude and had to go back in and have the whole entire order remade. No hAir nets are beimg woren at all by none of the employes that were on duty. Employees, hair wasnt even pulled back from their faces just dangling over the food no gloves when preparing the food. I dont ever see my family ot friends ever going here again. Worst expirence i have ever encountered with the chain...
If I could give zero stars trust me I would. I pulled up at the drive-thru and you will be sitting there for 10 to 15 minutes before you get any help And once you order you still waiting another 10 minutes come on people it does not take a rocket scientist to make a burger and fries or a high school diploma well maybe they need to start hiring high school diploma but this Wendy's need to do much better.

I ordered a small chilli with cheese, hot sauce, crackers and I ordered a double stack without onions. Ordered it thru DoorDash, when I received the order I had no cheese on my chili, so I called and staff said they was out of cheese and told the dasher to tell me they was out of cheese which the dasher didn’t. So I reached in bag for the spoon, and I don’t have a spoon, I don’t have hot sauce and I don’t have crackers And to top it off, the double stack burger got onions on it, I stated it and it was also on the receipt, The actual amount for my food was 6.48 But when you DoorDash it’s double the price so the DoorDash price was 14.98, And I refuse to pay that amount of money for my order to be incorrect. I called back but no one answered this time, BUT I WANT A REFUND, ThAnks

I wish I could give -10 stars. Absolutley the worst fast food stop I've ever made. Not even going to explain everything I'll leave this picture of the worst part. The month old baconator fries with whole pieces of raw bacon is wild. These people shouldn't even be allowed to make fast food.
