So I order double ranch with my wife’s salad and got…..you guessed it no ranch. Called and spoke to the manager who offer no refund or apology. He said “what do you want me to do? You can drive 15 here and get it then 15 minutes back”. Ha, no thanks. I just informed him I would not be eating there again and was real disappointed in his customer service. Yesterday a co worker went and grabbed us lunch. We are literally 5 minutes give or take of a drive. The food was very cold like it was premade. Not good at all. He called up there and still no help. He asked to speak to owner and he told him to bring it back. Like seriously how is some one bringing back the food a day later??? Crap it out or what? Help us understand this fully. I just left the location at Home Depot Boulevard all I got was a order of cheddar bites and a grape Fanta and they still messed it up
they gave me cheddar bites that weren’t done no marinara sauce and gave me a grape Fanta and the cup was covered in soda it was completely terrible service and terrible food I will not be back
