Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress
Value menu is 5 star value.
Truly enjoyed the new special menu items for dinner. Been a minute since we last visited and decided to make it a Friday night dinner. Strawberry cheesecake and double blueberry pancakes were my favorites. We'll be back soon

IHOP offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly and attentive staff who provide excellent service. The food is fresh and cooked to perfection, with a focus on breakfast options like the amazing spinach mushroom omelette and the banana foster pancakes. The cook in the mornings makes the very best omelette. While the variety of non-pork meats for breakfast could be improved, the overall dining experience is top-notch. With a decent child's menu and plenty of parking, IHOP is a great family spot. The restaurant was clean and the food is served piping hot.
