Great food
It's what you'd expect from an IHOP. The food was a good deal, breakfast food normally is cheap. It's a shame the coffee was $4, which is insane.

IHOP offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly and attentive staff who provide excellent service. The food is fresh and cooked to perfection, with a focus on breakfast options like the amazing spinach mushroom omelette and the banana foster pancakes. The cook in the mornings makes the very best omelette. While the variety of non-pork meats for breakfast could be improved, the overall dining experience is top-notch. With a decent child's menu and plenty of parking, IHOP is a great family spot. The restaurant was clean and the food is served piping hot.
