45 minute wait in the drive thru today, Nibblerz meal bread was hard and stale and they never gave me my drink. Only good thing was the brownie🤦♀️🤨
Waited for over 30 minutes for food. Had to ask for a refund and go back to work hungry because they couldn’t procure a grilled chicken sandwich in a half hour. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Ordered water with our meal. The FREE cup that Zaxby's now gives is made for a toddler. Any cup bigger would be .50 per manager (Dia' Ja McCrorey). 1/2 way through our meal a man "Sammy" approached our table & advised that we needed to pay for our drinks. FACT: My friend and I had poured the flavored mixes for water into our free "baby cups" and "Sammy" was now accusing us of "stealing" drinks. Sammy identified himself as the "Owner".
