Ordered a pizza online for delivery the order was about complete I get a call from the store telling me they don’t have a delivery driver and I could go thru DoorDash or something else but I would have to pay over the phone. Well I can’t pay over the phone with cash and that was my form of payment today. If you pay these people a living wage you might be able to retain good help. Note I always tip above and beyond especially being out here in the country.
I assume the food would’ve been good had they been able to deliver it.
Maybe they need to replace the management because they clearly can’t keep delivery drivers.

Who is in charge of this place? You've left my order on the table outside before. I've placed another order since then, was charged for it, along with the delivery fee and driver, but I never received it. You said you would make it right the first time, but you never did. Are you asking for a lawsuit? Because this is totally unacceptable. You've literally stolen from me and before that you've left my order sitting outside while your employees left. I need contact information.

Usually our orders from the Roebuck Marcos are decent, but fairly inconsistent. The one we got tonight was pathetic. The pizza crust waa FULL of HUGE bubbles and had hardly any of the ONE topping my husband wanted. For the price of their pizza you would think they could at least teach their employees how to make a pizza crust. I'm sure, or in fact I know, they have a big turnover of employees BUT it's a PIZZA restaurant so they should be able to at least make the most basic thing like the crust correctly. Seriously disappointed 😤

Our first mistake was ordering food from here on Labor Day. They evidently did not staff for it. There was one cook and someone running the register. The cook was over worked and throwing things across the kitchen. Our hot honey pizza didn't have many pepperonis on it and barely any hot honey flavor. The crust was bubbled up and missing toppings. The chicken bacon sub was dry and the chicken tasted old. We also got cheese stick bread that was cooked perfect but had no flavor. Very disappointed and a waste of time and money. Won't be going back.

They burnt the hell out of my pizza. Then wouldn't make a new one stating something was wrong with the dough. We will see if I even get a refund. I ordered delivery because I have a small child and didn't want to leave and needed some convenience guess that's what I get.

I placed an order for delivery at 8:33 PM tonight, which was then transferred to Door Dash by an employee named Matthew. I received a notification indicating that my order would arrive at 9:45 PM, delivered by Carl. However, the address provided to Door Dash was incorrect, and Carl allegedly handed my order to someone else instead of me. I attempted to call the number given for assistance, but there was no response. I then reached out to Marcos and spoke with Matthew again, informing him that my order had not been delivered. He seemed indifferent and offered no help in locating my order, which he had sent to Door Dash. This was my first issue with Marcos, and I find the situation unacceptable. My order should not have been switched to Door Dash without my consent, and I am left without my food and out $40.

Ordered a LG 2 topping pizza (old world pepperoni and green peppers). There are literally only 1-2 pepperonis on each piece of pizza. I'm very disappointed and it makes it really hard to spend hard earned money on pizza with very little toppings.

We bought a large pepperoni spectacular pizza Sunday, November 24 in the evening. It was extremely greasy, I have had diarrhea and upset stomach for going on 2 days.
Don’t recommend it to anyone! My wife purchased a steak and mushroom sub that also upset her stomach.
