Meh. Went here to enjoy the last day of August, something fun to bid Summer farewell, but left underwhelmed. The freezer was broken they said, so there was no ice cream. I asked if they were still doing the snowballs and was told yes. The snow ball had so much syrup it wasn't even enjoyable. Just the walk from the counter to a seat and the whole thing was sloshing out the sides because it was so syrupy it melted in less than a minute. I could have poured this cup in 5 more cups of ice and maybe it would have been enjoyable then. As it is, the rest went in the trash. First visit here and the last.

It seems like we come here EVERY other day! ? these snowballs are that good! Especially stuffed!! I’ve never had a bad experience. The young kids that work here are very respectful and courteous and respectful. They don’t make me feel rushed and uncomfortable.
Workers r very rude I’ve tried to call for a job opening and they refuse to answer the phone and when they do they have a very disrespectful attitude and also will hang up while your talking or saying something important.
