I visited Hardee’s with the expectation of enjoying a peaceful breakfast, especially since the sign advertised a 6am opening. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I anticipated. Despite arriving after 7am, I was greeted by locked doors, which was confusing and inconvenient. When I politely mentioned the discrepancy between their advertised opening hours and the actual situation to the staff, the response was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of addressing the concern with courtesy, the staff chose to engage in an argument and even went so far as to threaten to call the police over this simple observation.This experience was not only disappointing but also quite unsettling. It’s disheartening when a business chooses confrontation over constructive feedback. I had looked forward to dining here but left feeling unwelcome and disrespected. It’s important for establishments to communicate effectively and treat customers with respect, even in the face of misunderstandings or mistakes. Unfortunately, this was not the case here, and I will not be considering this restaurant for future dining experiences.

The food was excellent and the ladies that were making the food did a wonderful job, wish I could say the same thing about the young man that was the cashier though. He was not very friendly and acted like it was an inconvenience to be there doing his job. Thank you though to the cooks, you are doing an amazing job!!

The staff were very inattentive.We were ignored for a number of minutes along with other guests in the establishment. When we did order, what we received was missing a number of items. And we weren't the only ones. As we were waiting in line for our food to be made two other patrons came to the counter asking for missing orders. And they were clearly ignored. One poor woman wanted ketchup and had to ask over 3 times before someone stepped in and spoke up to get their attention.The food itself was pathetic. Soggy fries and a chicken patty that could hardly qualify as a tender.And the state of the bathrooms defined the restaurant itself. Rundown and unclean.The women's side only had one usable toilet as the second stall was clogged with huge wads of toilet paper. The men's handicap stall was out or order and the other stall was constantly running.Overall? Go somewhere else. For you own sake
Never open for dine in. They say no one wants to work but McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Armando Mexican Restaurant and even the Flying J truck stop are always open. Also the employees that were there were sweating and miserable because the a/c or heat are broken.

Went through the drive through. Ordered a plain chicken sandwich and other things. They forgot the plain chicken sandwich, and I had to go in. The people were unfriendly, saw people wiping sweat from their forehead and making food, whole place feels dingy and dirty. I waited around while they fixed it forever, finally got my sandwich back, and it wasn’t plain and my daughter doesn’t like mayo. They offered me chicken nuggets instead and said it would be faster, I said I just wanted a plain chicken sandwich. So I had to wait awhile again.Absolutely the worst and the employees who work here are completely incompetent.

Food is great, service is ok, Men's bathroom has had a stall out of order for a week or so, and apparently they are running out of supplies everyday. As for the past few days, we have been informed when arriving that they can't make any burgers.
My pet peeve. Door and google says dine in until 9:00 Sunday. We arrived just before 8 pm. Door was locked. ?♀️Drove across the street to McDonald's.
