they try to sneak in extra fees they “can’t remove” when you book and then after i called to ask what documentation i would need and what process to follow if we were sick and couldn’t come (my toddler just started daycare and the viruses are nonstop) they told me i could ask the travel insurance company. i never said i was cancelling. they never said they are cancelling my reservation. but they did. and when i called a few days later because i no longer saw my reservation...read full review
