Undercooked hashbrowns and a frisco breakfast sandwich that isn't even attempted to be toasted. This is the food you get almost every single time you go here. It use to be good, several years ago. Now it is just worse and worse. I've worked these types of jobs, but I at least took pride in it. Your employees clearly don't care. The food sucks. Need to fire them all and get some people who care. Or shut the business down.

Terrible service.. Ordered my food, but never received it. Once I paid, they forgot all about me. Drive thru clerk gave my order to the drive thru customer because in her words “Drive thru come first”. If this is the way Hardee’s will treat their customers, they are doomed to fail!

I was in there not to long ago I had a problem with the food but the manager Mariah helped me out an was so nice an understanding I will be back agin only because that girl you guys need to give her a raise!!!!!
The little women Mariah is so nice an such a pleasure to be around the food wasn't that great but Mariah the manger she is awesome very helpful an really cared bout what I had to say I will only be coming back agin if she is working because of how polite she was an caring you guys need more help like her!

We ordered two hamburgers. Custom order due to my wife’s dietary restrictions.
Both orders were delivered incorrectly prepared. When we order from this location we always expect the order to be prepared incorrectly. We are seldom surprised if the order is correct.
Last week this location was out of buns. No burgers were available.
Our little town only has this location.

Cashiers were awesome but bathrooms were nasty. My gravy had hair then when I made it to the bottom of my hash browns and there was more hair! Disgusting
