I’ve tried giving them multiple chances over the past couple months and something seems to be wrong every time. I’ve gotten my money back for doughy biscuits, just thrown away cold soggy fries instead of eating them, or waited in the drive through for long enough that I just drove away. $12+ for a cheeseburger combo is crazy anyway. Especially if it’s a coin toss if it’s gonna be any good.

literally every time I go up there my order is wrong and I normally just get the two wraps that costs me like $5.40 and every time I tell them just cheese and the chicken on the wrap, the spicy one and it always comes with ranch cheese and chicken and pickles and I pacifically tell them multiple times just cheese!! Today I went up there to get my two wraps and then I also got a Nashville chicken sandwich and the same thing with the wraps not right it has ranch cheese, and pickles on it after I told them just cheese and the Nashville chicken sandwich didn’t even have the Nashville seasoning and the fries are disgusting. I honestly don’t even know how they’re still open. This is literally a on going thing for them!! Wouldn’t recommend going at all!!!!!

Horrible! This was my worst experience from any Hardee’s. I asked for a Superstar Combo NO ketchup with diet Dr Pepper. Simple. I was told they don’t use ketchup-( I’ve had them before and I know they use ketchup which is why I asked for None). So .. I said well it looks like ketchup in the picture. She said I know it looks like it, but we don’t use ketchup. I said OK. So what I got from my order was a large cup completely filled With crushed ice so high they could barely get the lid on, and there was barely any liquid in it, and it didn’t even taste like anything much less DietDr Pepper. So I barely had anything to drink. The fries were hot and fresh however it tasted bad because they used old oil so I couldn’t eat those. The burger was not the double burger that I ordered. It was a cold and old single, and it was overloaded with ketchup. The thing they told me they don’t even use the thing that I cannot eat, and that is why I ordered it with none. So I really hadn’t nothing to eat or drink for $14.35. I essentially gave them my money for garbage because that’s where this all ended up. In the garbage. I was so disgusted and unhappy when I left there I will never go back to that Location as I’ve never had an issue at any other one.

Ordered 2 double blt friscos. Got 2 cheeseburgers with bacon. No frisco bread. Neither was a double but was charged for it. Staff didnt care. This place has really gone to crap but now costs more than going to a sit down restaurant. I guess when youre the only game in town quality and service dont matter

I ordered a jumbo hot dog. I love them but these were the worst. Nothing but a bun, hot dog, and chili. No mustard, no onions. I know they under new management but maybe new management need to confer with old management bc I have seen many more complaints from people on fb. I have gotten breakfast a couple times and it is not good as it use to be. The biscuit wasn’t cook all the way. I was my way to work so I couldn’t go back. So I don’t stop there anymore.

Undercooked hashbrowns and a frisco breakfast sandwich that isn't even attempted to be toasted. This is the food you get almost every single time you go here. It use to be good, several years ago. Now it is just worse and worse. I've worked these types of jobs, but I at least took pride in it. Your employees clearly don't care. The food sucks. Need to fire them all and get some people who care. Or shut the business down.
