I have been to Burger King in Saluda, SC several times over the last few months and I have had to pull down after paying for my order when there was only one car in line and no one in the lobby. This wait would take up to 20 minutes. Although there are normally only two people working, one order every 10 minutes would not cause a 20-minute wait. AWFULLLL service. Awful. My order took 2 hours the first time then cancelled my order at 11pm. And 2.5 hours this time. With door dash. The driver was very nice, but BK needs to do better. I will not give them another dime. From the workers, to communication, it’s non sense.
Went to BK today, thought I was getting spoofed because how difficult for them to understand what I wanted 😂
I asked for 2 big kings, a large tea, and the #9 sandwich. However, he kept adding a small tea, which I told him that I just want the large. The associate then took off the chicken sandwich (#9) and kept telling me to pull up.
