Sat in the drive thru for about 30 minutes and it wasn’t even busy when I pulled up. I’m pretty sure the guy who took my order was stoned. If he wasn’t… God bless him. Would not recommend ANYONE stopping here unless you enjoy being aggravated

Mysterious Rose

We stopped here to get my family something to eat.The guy that took the order wasn't listening at all.He had an attitude when we got to the window.We got 2 orders of chicken nuggets (hard as a rock), order of the onion rings (not cooked throughly), and 3 orders of the whopper jr duos which was 6 whopper jrs with cheese (tasted like crap, one of the burgers had been messed with, anyone could tell because the burger wasn't wrapped, one had brown lettuce on it).He told us we owed $56 and change, that threw us for a loop so we asked why it was so much and he said because we ordered 6 whopper jrs.So instead of ringing it up as the 2 whoppers on the whopper jr duo as 3 orders he done each whopper separate.We told him how it was suppose to be and he went to change the way it was rung up(with attitude) then asked if we wanted cheese on them so we said yeah and he said it would cost $.30 extra and I jump in and told him that it shouldn't because the whopper jrs with cheese is on the menu for the whopper jr duos and he said no they are not..He called me a liar for the 2nd time.We asked to speak to the manager so he went and got him.When the manager got to the drive thru window we told him what happened and he seemed upset at the employee that took our order.He fixed how the order was suppose to be rung up then got our food.As we was waiting for the receipt I checked the food and that is when I found the brown lettuce and a burger not even wrapped.We could hear one of the employees saying "don't do it don't do it" to the guy that took the order as they was bagging the food I.I guess the guy got upset because we asked to speak with the manager.So when I found the brown lettuce and the burger unwrapped in the bag we told the manager and instead of replacing both he just replaced the one with the bad lettuce on it.So for my kids to eat I gave them my food so they wouldn't eat something that was tempered with or a burger with bad lettuce.My husband asked the manager if he wanted his food to be right and he said yeah he did.So he asked if he was in the wrong for pointing out how the food was done and the manager said no he wasnt.So I guess this is what people from out of town gets when they stop and try to get food.They get overly charged and the food tempered with.So beware if you are out of town and go here to eat.The service will be poor, the food will be poor, and you will get all out rudeness from them.

Point number one, the person who took my "order" never took off his headphones, we ordered 3 combos and he charged me for them, he gave me two glasses and I asked for the other one and he told me that's what I ordered and I repeated it again and he already took off one hearing aid and he gave me the glass and it doesn't end at this point when the order comes out he gives it to me and he's missing some potatoes and I tell him and he tells me it's what I ordered how are you going to say that yes we only order combos and I repeated it again He turned around and left, he didn't say anything to me, he just left and walked out the back door without telling me anything, so I asked another person for the potatoes and this person smelled like pure marijuana. He was coming in from outside smoking. It's embarrassing if not. They want to work, just don't do it. A terrible experience at Saluda SC's Burger King... or I almost forgot, the cold food at the end, that was one of the worst.

Placed my order ,drove to the window and paid, cashier never stated that they were short handed and she had to go back there and make the food. Already a car was pulled up,after about 15-20 minutes,I went and asked what was taking so long I was then informed they was short handed, still waited until, I guess this was a manager,she walked by and another crew member told her to come here to talk and I requested my money back and left. The lady in front said what was going on and she said she was going to wait a few more minutes after I told her what was going on. There was more cars behind me. Bad experience.

Employees want you to pull up when no one else is behind you.I guess they don’t want you to see them.They are very rude and don’t listen to you and they screw up your order!! They to to shut it down just like the other burger kings that once was open.

This Burger King needs to have people working there that knows what to do, because obviously they don’t. Burger Kings everywhere just need to shut down and all the employees need to go get Chic-fil-La training.

All the employees where more worried about me pulling up than they were about making the food. They took the time to record me not pulling up. There was one car in front on me and no one behind me. Then I got my food before the car in front and had to drive around. If I would have pulled up they would not have been able to five me my food. If they don't want a car at the window to long then they need to make the food faster. Stop cheating the system.
