Point number one, the person who took my "order" never took off his headphones, we ordered 3 combos and he charged me for them, he gave me two glasses and I asked for the other one and he told me that's what I ordered and I repeated it again and he already took off one hearing aid and he gave me the glass and it doesn't end at this point when the order comes out he gives it to me and he's missing some potatoes and I tell him and he tells me it's what I ordered how are you going...read full review

Placed my order ,drove to the window and paid, cashier never stated that they were short handed and she had to go back there and make the food. Already a car was pulled up,after about 15-20 minutes,I went and asked what was taking so long I was then informed they was short handed, still waited until, I guess this was a manager,she walked by and another crew member told her to come here to talk and I requested my money back and left. Employees want you to pull up when no one else is behind you.I guess they don’t want you to see them.They are very rude and don’t listen to you and they screw up your order!! They to to shut it down just like the other burger kings that once was open.
