These are the nicest folks ever. If you're ever in need of home cooking soul food type fare. This place doesn't have food, it has cuisine. "Food" can be had anywhere, but this place is a cut above.

I stopped in at Lunch and Treats recently, and was pleasantly surprised how good the food was and how hospitable the owner. I will definitely be back - especially since I love supporting local business owners!
