This hotel asks for a $50.00 deposit after you made reservations and paid. The girl at the desk asked for cash, but if you don't they will charge your card and not give your deposit back. This hotel is not worth the money you pay, they just ripped you off and lie. Read your documents before giving out your hard earned money to crocks.

Staff was very unprofessional, constantly hanging up in our face when trying to address our concerns. The room was completely dirty. Our sheets and comforter had mold as well as the shower liner. Please do not book this hotel

This was the most traumatic stay in my life. I wouldn’t even allow a pet to stay at this hotel.

The front desk staff is very rude and combative. They refuse to give a refund. The front desk clerk actually hung the phone up in my face.

I stayed at The Quality Inn &Suites October 25-27, 2024. My stay was absolutely terrifying. The hotel was everything but quality. The front office staff was very rude to the point I felt uncomfortable.

There were stains and what appeared to be mold on the bedding, curtains, and objects in the bathroom. The room was very dirty and dusty. There was missing paint from the doors and walls. Most of the lamps and doors were rusty.

Behind the bed were different dead bugs and a molded paper.

When I asked the front desk clerk for a new comforter he stated he would bring once which he did. I asked if he could take the old comforter and he stated no just leave on the floor for house keeping to get the next morning. The front desk clerk started to go bank and fort with me about removing the dirty comforter.

Housekeeping never paid a visit the next morning which caused trash to pile up.

On Saturday evening I asked the front desk clerk for more towels and wash clothes and he argued with me that the hand towel was a wash cloth. I didn’t say much as I was very uncomfortable to say much to the clerk.

I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. I am absolutely traumatized of how disgusting the hotel was and how the hotel clerk acted

Please do not give this hotel to business.

We had a room that was ajoining to another room. And they played their TV all night long. You could see how the tables in the room was wiped down but not wash clean. Hair dryer only worked when u pluged it in. And inpluged it to turn off. The shower curtain was so dirty on the bottom half it was almost black. So gross. Breakfast was stale. Tasted old. So, all in all. Its a cheap price for a reason. You get what u pay for

Has potential. It appears to be going through renovations/upgrades. Our room was good, and we had a fridge and microwave. There were no bugs(roaches or bed bugs). The place is quiet, and people mind their own business.

I stayed here last week, and the room was clean. The bedding was clean, and in good shape. It looks like management is cleaning the place up. It’s not the Ritz, but it was ok for a stop over.

Front desk people very nice and polite. Breakfast good price good. BUT room very dirty bathroom horrible. Cobweb on curtains and floor dirty. Door rusted in bathroom. Need to improve. Will never stay again

DO NOT COME HERE! Firstly my boyfriend and I are driving from NY to Florida after 12 hours of driving we needed a place to stop and everything was sold out we saw online that the quality inn had one room available for $74 dollars so we rushed here once we arrived instead of $74 we were charged nearly $200 for a room that is absolutely disgusting. The towels are stained, the room smells musty, there are literal feces smeared on the toilet, the sink had toothpaste and hair in it still the worst part of it all THE ROOMS ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!!!! For $200 you can have it all! You have been warned, this place needs to be shut down immediately. Oh forgot to mention there are no refunds! HA

The lady at the front desk was very rude to us over the phone. She called to tell us that she is about to process the payment for the stay and when we said send us an email confirmation she said she wasn’t because she didn’t have time . Then proceeded to hang up on us and still charged my card after I told her I was not staying there.

I wanna start by stating I understand this is a 2 star hotel… I’ve stayed at other 2 start hotels and felt like I was at a 5 star hotel. This place is disgusting. The sheets, towel, walls, floors were all DIRTY. The bathroom had roaches! I had to send my husband out so I can clean it myself with bleach! The guy at the front desk moved my room a few times but honestly all of the rooms we’re disgusting like that. I didn’t bother eat there at all I wouldn’t have eaten there if they paid me. I was there for 4 days due to a family funeral if not I would have left that same day. They refused my refund and told me if I wanted a refund I would have to leave at 1am after traveling all day with my children. I wouldn’t want my dog to stay here. Again because we were going to a funeral and it was homecoming all hotels were booked I stayed there. But I think a box on the side of the road would have been better. You have been warned.

Not nice at all!. I'm national I stay in hotels across the country from coast to coast.... When you drive 10 hours to get to your reserved room and they will not give you one because they have given your room away to somebody else! Not cool! Not cool at all.
I would love to give this hotel some great stars. Too bad you shouldn't give your rooms away two other people ....I have a paying reservation.
In fact you are so rude to say that it was my problem and not his problem.
