Out of the many times we have been to this location, this by far was the best visit we have had. Great food and service. It's usually really slow to get food and service is usually, meh.

We stayed in Santee for thanksgiving, and we opted for crackle barrel at the last minute. Glad to say, food was amazing and saved the day. We did the thanksgiving meal take out.

Not excited about a dog at table next to us! Did not need that smell to ruin my meal!

Our dinner was served with no biscuits for the gravy and had to get manager to get them served after our meal was eaten. Too many excuses about that delay!!

During the holiday season, this Cracker Barrel has a reduced menu. Missing, among other items, is my favorite, “Maple Bacon grilled chicken”, and my wife’s fav, “fried chicken”.
We settled for fried chicken tenders, which were slightly over cooked. Fries, corn and biscuits were perfect. Server was great, sorry I can’t remember her name. We might wait until after the holiday season to go back, as it appears that they are still dealing with personnel shortages.

I usually love to stop at Cracker Barrel to order Chicken & Dumplings. This time the food was not good. The chicken was okay but the dumplings were overcooked with thick pasty soup. When we came back through, we decided to pass on getting lunch here.

Everything went great , the food was good. It was not to busy at that time so i got right in to my table. It was a nice time. The only thing i could say something about was the food was not that hot so it got cold fast. I had the thanksgiving plate.

Enjoyed the new fried turkey dinner and loved the cranberry sauce served with the fried turkey. Service was fast and my server made sure that our drinks did not run out.

Traveled through Santee for business, we stopped here to eat. I don't usually complain but this place was beyond terrible. After being seated we waited 20 minutes before anyone came by to even speak to us. Finally had to flag someone down and they said they'll get our waitress. Another 10 minutes and she finally showed up. No apologies just "what do you want to order?" Whatever, we placed our order. Another 20 minutes had passed and we still havent even received water (50 minutes since we sat down initially). I flagged our waitress down and asked to please bring us our water, no apologies. Another 10 minutes passed and not even any water. It has been an hour since we sat down and no water or food, at that point we just walked out. Terrible service all around.

We like cracker barrel, but not tonight. Their online menu has no salads so we called. Stayed on hold to order for for 5 minutes and their system sent me back to the beginning. Called again and selected a different option and got a nice lady who said her manager may help. Waited for another 5 minutes. Hung up and ordered something different online. Frustrating.

Had to go in to get our meals, 10 minutes late. Only one set of utensils for 2 meals. No sauce for the tenders.
