Arrived on a very busy Labor Day and was seated in less than 20”. The food was served quickly, hot and was perfectly delicious. The best iced tea and breakfast Ive had with incredible biscuits and blackberry jelly and cooked apples. This location is so impressive , we always love stopping here because the food, service and friendly staff just make you feel like family!!

Usually stop to eat here when we're on a road trip. Bathrooms are clean, food and service is always good, love to browse the store.

After traveling 9 hours, we chose this Cracker Barrel for its proximity to our hotel.That was the ONLY plus to our experience.
We were seated. The four behind us were seated and beverages served before the wait staff visited our table.
Our order was taken, albeit after a 10 minute delay on our part.
The four behind us were served and left. A person behind my wife was served and left. A person behind me, who arrived long after we had ordered was served, coincidentally by the same wait staff member.
We walked out, without food. The Old Cracker person we spoke with was totally unconcerned and blew us off.
REGARDLESS OF THE POSITION, YOU ARE THE FACE OF THE BRAND.
Cracker Barrel is struggling financially and trying to change the image.
My opinion? Lipstick on a pig.

Make sure as a manager you are doing your job. Customer service is always number one. No reason for a dining room of customers to wait an hour to get served. Not acceptable for Wendy the manager to go on break before checking on her quests.
