I was visiting my boyfriend's family and needed a break(from him, not them) so I rolled up around 45 mins before closing and you would've thought they had 4 more hours! The service and the extra mile was top notch! The food...Aaaahmazing! I ordered the brim (iykyk) and initially was told they were out but the server went and found some herself and Babay...it was off the chain! I'm just mad they're closed today lol

I had the gumbo and fried seafood platter and my wife had seared flounder and Cole slaw. Everything was really well prepared and delicious. My wife is pretty picky about fish prep and slaw, and I was amazed she cleaned her plate well before me! Denise waited on us and was delightful and attentive! If you are near Santee and like seafood....this is a Don't Miss!

Went here for dinner. Very friendly staff, food service was good and prices are good. Got a complimentary hush puppy for each and were yummy. Had seafood gumbo soup only one size no biggie good portion they had rice on side very good if your watching calories. Dinner fried flounder was moist came with one choice of side and grilled seafood platter with a few shrimp two scallops and a filet of flounder also choice one side. All good! Local place!

The food here was such a terrific surprise. This place looks like a fried food haven, but my shrimp and grits and my husband's pan seared flounder and shrimp were phenomenal. And our waitress Denise was polite, thorough, and delightful. She also provided the place with a terrific playlist consisting of Motown sounds that will have you singing as you eat. If you are passing by, don't miss this wonderful gem! Even the glasses of wine for $6 and the home made key lime pie were notable. Enjoy!

We stopped on our drive from Virginia to Florida. We were looking for good fried chicken and weren't disappointed. Also excellent collard greens and yellow rice. Best of all was the fried pork chop the owner brought out for us to try. Wow! Best pork chop I've ever had! Large servings, very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

We had seafood platter, shrimp basket, Hush puppies, fried okra and grits. Food was excellent .. highlights were the flounder and hush puppies as amazing. We called this in as a take out order that was ready quickly. The staff was very friendly. Place was recommended to us by a local resident and we are pleased to pass on our recommendations.

What a great new find! We really enjoyed our meal of different apps for a light dinner with a couple of beers and wine! The evening was absolutely gorgeous and we had a high top outside with excellent mango habanero wings with lightly fried green tomatoes ! Our server Denise was a delight and we enjoyed talking by ti her. We are looking forward to returning when we are in the area!

It seems like a little hole in the wall type of restaurant. It is what I was looking for, I found it. The menu is limited, Orlando, Chief cooking bottle washer, was very hospitable and excellent to deal with. I really enjoyed his pork chop, wife thought it was spicy, her problem. The collard greens are good, well for me all the food was very good. The service was served as a to-go but you may set at a table and enjoy it there.Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair access or rent. Parking is minimal.

I visited M&M Country Eatery on my way south and it was amazing food. I had the oxtail with yellow rice and collard greens and all of it tasted great. When I travel back through South Carolina I will be stopping here again. :-)

The snow crab legs were ok. The sides I ordered were both terrible. Corn on the cob and Mac and Cheese. Worst Mac and Cheese I ever tasted and very orange in color. Corn looked old. My niece ordered Cheese grits, which was just a glob of something in a bowl. Tasteless. Her fried shrimp were delicious. Her clam strips were four tiny tiny pieces of something that had no taste.... I won't be returning.
