Do NOT stay here - Major security and service issues!
Very bad experience. I had my trailer hitch stolen off my truck while parked here. When I called to report it, they refused to help or take any responsibility. The person working the front desk had a terrible attitude and looked totally unkempt in a dirty shirt. Unsafe location with terrible service. Stay away!

Be CAUTIOUS!!! Some shady business practices are being done. Changed dates of my livetime reservation on me and refusing to give back our money!!! Will change review when this is corrected because I am hopeful that perhaps justice will be served.

The room was absolutely disgusting. I informed the front desk, was given the opportunity to view a second room, same issue. I have requested a refund but have to wait for approval. Very disappointed after driving 16 hours.

The rooms were comfy and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Management seems to be making efforts to improve the property, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel itself is undergoing renovations and upgrades.
