I've never experienced something so worst in my life. I went in a waited for 15 minutes before I was acknowledgement. Once I was noticed she told me to go through the drive-thru because they had no one working inside because of the shift changes. As I placed my order my grandson noticed a bug as he called it turned out to be a roach.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Wish I had read reviews first. Ordered although cashier seemed to be in another world. Went to get drink-drinkmachine out of drinks?? Went to get xatsup- container empty?? 4 men/boys standing around. French fries were cold and I'm pretty sure cooked yesterday. I have NEVER been to a Wendy's that was this terrible!!

Seriously disappointed. When we stopped at 3 pm there was no line in the drive through and no one in store, however my wife waited at the counter for a couple of minutes. All the staff 3 people saw her, did not acknowledge her and carried on talking amongst themselves. We left and went to the Mc Donald's opposite. They were busy but acknowledged us , said they were busy but would deal with us as soon as they could. Excellent. Wendy's in P Prescott, AZ top marks, Santee avoid. Unable to give zero stars but would.

As soon as you come up to this place you see all the employees just sitting in chairs playing on their phones. There's no one in the dining area but still. I'm sure there are more things to do. The place is literally disgusting when you come in. Nothing is wiped down at all. From the tables to the soda machine. Needs a serious update for sure. And just an overall thorough cleaning.

Order completely wrong Waited approximately 10 minutes for incorrect order. Was at first given a coke when asked for iced tea.
This Wendy's is hot or miss. Sometimes they've got it together all the way around and others they will give every excuse in the book to get out of serving you! Needs work for sure. And if you're an app user, don't expect to receive your points using "in the restaurant"... Thy claim they have no scanner to scan your phone with. I've lost a ton of points to this location. Also, there is never a guarantee that if you order chili or a frosty that you will actually get it. Less than mediocre for sure!

DISGUSTING!!!!! DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!!!!!! I was visiting for a family reunion and this was the only place open late. My order was literally thrown together by a lady wearing a red wig who had a horrible attitude and could barely walk. Fries were cold and tasted like VERY OLD oil. I simply asked for a refund!
