Very slow service and food was cold. No bottled water. Ladies room was horrible, stall doors were falling off no soap and no paper towels.

I have to say I wish I would have read the reviews that everyone has done before going to this Wendy’s. I was highly disappointed in everything. The girl at the counter took our order and asked if we were paying cash or card. We told her cash and gave her the $20 to pay for our meal just for her to say “ We don’t have any change to give you” that they are doing “Changeless” so I payed with my card. Just for them to mess the order up anyways. We ordered 2 Dave’s singles one with no tomato or lettuce and the other one with no tomato and onion. Seems simple right? Nope, that was too hard. Got the sandwiches and pulled the onions off mine whatever. But when I look at the burger you have put so much mustard on it that it is all I taste, no mayo or ketchup. The girl at the counter was eating a cookie that she took out of the case and drinking her drink while playing on her phone. They saw the manager coming in and got rid of whatever they were suppose to have. The manager came in and asked why the windows weren’t clean and so on. The girl at the counter said I cleaned everything this morning. Well after that she just had an attitude the rest of the time we were in there. She was taking peoples orders being rude and inconsiderate the whole time not paying attention to the customers. Before we left I went to the bathroom to see this below. I mean come on…how hard is it to get maintenance to come and fix things the way the need to be fixed? They really believe in duct tape for everything. Paper towels not in the holders and just on the ledges. I mean come on Wendy’s do better!

Horrible experience. Would not recommend to ANYBODY! Waited in the drive thru for nearly an hour only to get the wrong food and drink not filled all the way. When I came back, they took my receipt and the food, and came back with the wrong food again! Once again, went back in to finally get my food right with a refund. I have had a long day of driving with 5 1/2 more hours to go. I won't be getting home until around 3am. So I will take my vertigo, my $19, and I will never be returning.P.s. I am intolerant to spicy food. I did not order spicy food. My stomach is not, and will not, be happy for the rest of this drive. Thank you to the worst wendys ever.

This place is disgusting. Avoid it at all costs. The floor needs to be pressure washed (not vacuumed), the staff take zero pride in their jobs, and the atmosphere and quality of the food reflect that. Whoever owns this store should be ashamed of themselves. My wife and I stopped here to get food while driving down 95; we first tried the drive thru and a rude voice from the box told us the drive thru was closed (first clue to go somewhere else). We pulled into a parking space to go in, only to find the door nearest to us broken. Finally go inside after doing a mobile order and it took the staff 20 minutes to prepare food and give it to us. I say just “food” because in spite of computers and printed receipts, they still managed to give us someone else’s order. The soda machine did dispense fluid but it tasted bitter and sour. We chucked the food in the nearest garbage can and left this town behind.Don’t bother with this place. If you’re REALLY hungry, go eat dirt and grass outside. That would be a better dining experience than this place.

About as bad as it gets for "fast" food. You know there is a problem when former employees who are now customers have to help the current employees figure out what to do to fill orders. Our order was missing items and we almost didn't request them because there was so much chaos. Turned a quick stop for lunch to take on a picnic into a fiasco!

Dirty and slow and the order was wrong. No ice and only a few drinks to choose. No tp or locks in bathrooms. Basically they are doing everything wrong.

All I can say is that we must have just hit the drive thru at the "annual fail moment"... painfully long wait time aàaa.. 40 minutes.. sorry but it is just not acceptable.. if you have a problem please, shut down the drive thru. I think I heard Dave screaming from the grave! "40 minutes OMW" (oh my Wendy)"
