at about 1:00 pm today I ordered at drive thru. 2, 3 piece wings with potatos and gravy on each. There was a lengthy pause of 30 seconds or more. then I was asked, how many sides and what sides I would like. I repeated the order in full. there was another long pause. then the question, what would like to order, hun?
we just left.
Game days. No efficient system in place for orders. Does not make a difference if you pre-order or walk in, the workers have no idea what is going on. Very disorganized. Arrived at 8:15 and did not walk out until 9 and there were maybe 7 people in front of us. Please get this figured out
Got an 8 piece family. No breasts. Nobody wants 4 thighs. What a rip off. Also, no plates or silver ware. Ended up having to do dishes any way. Way I see it. Y'all owe me a couple breasts.
