Today I ordered a Standard platter for a family in Seneca. The family called to thank me and tell me how perfect everything was on the tray and order. Great food and service.
Employees seemed to only be there to get a check. Our order with deletions had a pickle but the order with no deletions didn't get a pickle. Receipt stated a pickle for both orders. Almost $4.00 for a small drink BEYOND EXCEPTABLE!

It might be due to the stress of short staffing or unhappy staff. Despite this, the service was still courteous. Some customers have also become ruder since quarantine. Overall, despite some delays in service, Firehouse Subs Seneca offers a pleasant experience with tasty subs.
