After repeatedly trying to get my order correct with a gentlemen in the drive thru, when I'm handed my food it is what he repeated back to me, yes the wrong food. I go to the door and of course it is locked, so I beat on the door to get my correct order, shockingly he was in the manager's uniform. Shame on you Burger King.
One of the five sandwiches I ended up with had torn paper as well.
I am thoroughly disappointed in this Burger King.
