Arrived to make an order. They had no carne asada, and not even making any. May of the meats are out. The white rice was out and told me it would be over 10 mins for that. The overall site left me pretty upset. No real care to get it back on track
Went early in the morning and got my pickup order hot, fresh and on time. There was a gigantic catering order(s) all out and prepped and I imagine that took a lot of wind out the crew. Two gentlemen working in the front had great customer service and efficiency. I always leave satisfied
It’s a new store so there’s going to be hiccups and shortages. I think the main thing the workers need to really accomplish is cleaning their workspaces well. It’s so messy when we go in there. They can do better
