Normally the cashier is friendly and helpful. Today a young lady, who according to our receipt was Ceanna,was very short and rude. We were surprised. None of the tables were wiped off. It's 1:46 pm. Not very busy, but we're waiting quite a while on two sandwiches. Took 30 min to get our sandwiches and they had not made our fries. We ordered at 1:25, just got sandwiches at 1:57 less the fries. Trash can was overflowing for a while before being taken out.

Firehouse in Seneca always make me feel welcomed...My food is always good! I had to edit my review, because I came in December 12th and some white lady with the big gages in her ear, and nose pierce is rude and nasty. The place was filthy, so apparently they don’t clean during their down time.

Dawn was super sweet and helped me understand how to order very patiently. I was greeted when I came in and on top of that, my food came out very quickly. ALSO TASTED INCREDIBLE!! Love this place. Its always perfect. <3 Thank you for the great experience
