Order snafu due to no fault of anyone at Moe's (someone else was grabbing my online order from the station as I walked in), but the staff were super helpful & friendly and remade the order for me right away. Great food. Thank you!
I love Moe's, but unfortunately, this location was a letdown. The queso wasn't hot, the chips were greasy, and the rice was crunchy. It's a great location in a stand-alone building, but I believe the manager has given up and is not maintaining the Moe's standard. If management doesn't care, then neither will the staff. We were in on a Wednesday night at 5 pm, and it was empty.
The service was very slow & mediocre. The food was had been sitting out for some time & was sold cold. The salsa bar was Clearly ran through , not kept up throughout the day. The young staff seemingly had run of the place and had very little sense of urgency, and apparently save cleaning / maintaining until they close. It's definitely not the traditional atmosphere, food or service expected from other Moe's. It was not awful but I will not go back anytime soon.
