Starbucks in Seneca

“I’m editing my review & giving 5 stars now! Thank you Starbucks for listening to your customers & giving us hot fresh coffee on demand. The new machines you have now are wonderful! We can get any kind of hot coffee any time of day! Thank you!
Why can’t we get hot fresh coffee after 6:30pm anymore? We used to could but for about 2-3 months now we are told the brewers are put up & if we want an Americano. If I wanted an Americano I would’ve ordered one to begin with. These cost more and are not as hot. We’ve started going to Dunkin Doughnuts who gladly serves us fresh hot coffee, no matter the time of day. Pretty sad we have to go to a doughnut place to get fresh brewed coffee as opposed to a place who actually specializes in coffee.“

“I was never big on spending that much on coffee. I am a tea drinker. I went through their menu and tried the different tea selections. I have discovered the Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino it is a very refreshing tea. I love it. Thank you and the Starbucks staff in the Ingles Starbucks in Seneca is awesome, they are very friendly and patient with my horrible ordering skills, and also polite as can be.“

“I don’t normally go to Starbucks because of the price, but I was early this morning and thought I’d give it a go. I planned to work from there for a bit, but the store was uncomfortably cold I couldn’t stay. They don’t offer any gluten-free options, which was disappointing. I waited 11 minutes for a coffee, and when it finally came, it was iced… even though I clearly said I wanted it hot.They definitely need more help during the morning rush. Between the cold, the long wait, and the lack of options, I won’t be back.“
