Tree Nut and Soy Allergy. Cardamom Bakery in downtown Seneca made the most delicious and beautiful Carrot cake with Cream Cheese icing, (daughter’s favorite) that was both tree nut and soy free. Samantha at Bakery was fabulous, working with our special request, over phone and email. Can’t wait to try other options in the future. The bakery itself is adorable and definitely worth a visit.
Absolutely delicious cake, amazing customer service and I loved how they were able to combine the two cake designs I had picked out to create a beautiful cake for my first grandchild's baby shower.
