I was gonna keep my review to myself but in light of the new owner cussing and being terrible to a widow and her sweet daughter here goes. I ordered a BBQ plate from there to go because the service sucks and the drinks are outrageous. After eating the food which was just ok I became terribly sick. Do yourself a favor drive right by the grill to Eddie's in hickory Grove. It's what the Sharon grill used to be.

We came about a month ago had two female cooked and the food was fantastic. This trip was much different food was mediocre at best, I worked in the industry for years. Owner needs to be careful who he hires male cook was trying to do all jobs he could wait tables and cook and I assume that's why our food wasn't the best. He was informing everyone how great of a cook he was and how was always there and basically slandering the other cooks. Not a good team presence at all.

We have visited several times. Each time the place was not busy at all and we still got poor service and the food was “mid” at best. I heard on WBT radio this morning that the restaurant food and cleanliness was a low 80. Just another reason to not visit this place.
Long wait and the food was subpar. Not worth the drive out there.

We visited on a weekday for lunch, part of our self-proclaimed summer cafe/diner tour. The restaurant was fairly quiet with three other tables of guests. I was happy with my order. Fried mushrooms to share were wonderfully crisp on the outside, hot on the inside. Yum. The 1/2 pound mushroom swiss burger and fries were hot and tasty. My glass of tea was empty twice. I never received a second refill. My friend had to find the server for more water. My friends had slightly different experiences with their food. One ordered a burger because it specifically came with pimento cheese. When the burger came to the table, she wondered if she ordered something else by accident as there was not any pimento cheese. When the server brought the bill, my friend inquired. The server then replied that the order was correct, but they just didn't have any pimento cheese on hand that day. Ugh!!!
