Honestly they need more people in the store the one cook and a Manager aren’t moving at the pace of what’s needed to make this a smooth operation. Only 2 people to take on the job of 4-6 people is ridiculous. I waited over 10 minutes at the speaker, 17 minutes at the first window after I paid and was asked to wait there. Then to receive my food and it not be correct. When I went inside to get my order fixed it took 11 minutes to get, the sandwich was made but sat at the end of the ready up area until the manger was done taking another person payment. The line was 6 car deep with costumers inside as well and their drive thru times on there computer are completely false. Every car there waited at a minimum of 10 minutes to get food. The two people working were doing a okay job to keep up but it’s not working or functioning properly here. I give them props but it definitely needs to be more people on shift if this is the daily occurrence of this location. From every time I’ve been here over the last year it hasn’t gotten any better.
Burger king on base is convenient and cheap. Sometimes waits are short but most of the time you wont be leaving with your food for at least 15-30 minutes even in the drive through. Service is sub par, some of the employees are a delight, however a few of them are lacking customer service skills. I do not expect someone to say "whats up" when I get to the drive through speaker, or say "what do you want" If you're a manager and you're reading this please have a talk with your staff about drive through etiquette because this is not the way to talk to your customers.

Extremely slow and poor service
Tried again, asked for my burger dry and with cheese, and they gave it to me without cheese and with all the sauces. Glad to see people can fail at some of the easiest jobs on the earth

These young kids working in there sure look like they don't want to be there lol but can you please not give me cold burnt mozzarella sticks and sloppy classic chicken sandwich especially when I waited 20 mins when there was no line at all.

The worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Every single worker there is extremely rude. Absolute no mannerisms and they always have an attitude. They had me waiting in the drive thru line for 25 minutes, not to mention I was the only one in line. There is no “fast” food in this place, don’t go to this Burger King at all costs.

I actually wasn't at Burger King. Aside from one location (in another town miles away) Burger King is not somewhere I plan to ever return to. I can have mediocre food and get my order wrong at better places...
The customer service was great at this location and we enjoyed the meal (except the fries could have been more fresh).
Overall, coming to the BX on a Sunday is a great time to dine without having a long wait.

My experiences with this Burger King are all similar. Just ok. Some times are faster than others, but I'm never over impressed. They need more workers with better attitudes. The worker Sat was ok, but he had to run back and forth between the drive through register and the front, and put orders together. They need to do better especially for the price the food came to

Right at lunchtime (11:30am) it took 15 min to get an order of chicken nuggets & onion rings for my dad. Chicken was lukewarm, onion rings tasted like they'd been cooked the day before & microwaved. Horrible.

Food is good and staff is friendly. Drivethru is slow due to having customers wait at first window after paying to keep service times down. Usually spend 20 to 30 minutes in drivethru line eating uo half of lunch period.
