This place deserves every star it has. My husband and I just had the best experience, the best service and the best food. The name is so fitting we truly felt like we were back at grandma's. My only regret is that it took us so long to try this place. 15/10
Friendly people and good food. Home town atmosphere.
I had lunch at Gramma’s on July 6, 2026. The spaghetti, black eyed peas, mashed potatoes with gravy and corn bread were cooked to perfection. The sweet tea, coleslaw & fresh peaches were also delicious. When you’re looking for somewhere to eat in the Sumter area, I HIGHLY recommend going to Gramma’s!

The service is excellent, with attentive and friendly staff, though they can be busy at times. The restaurant has a clean and well-decorated environment, with plenty of parking and accessible facilities. Customers enjoy the good coffee, southern omelette, country ham, and the delicious patty melt. A typical bill for two people is around $25.
