“Burger King always have good foods that Whoppers are excellent very good overall their fries is not as good as McDonald's but other than that they're really good but their french fries has a weird taste to it find me you up that's why I give it 4 stars“

“We recently moved back to Sumter after being stationed here for a couple of years, going back home, and deciding to move back. In the midst of moving back I decided to order something from here. The person at the drive thu was kind and also spelled my name Emilua which was awesome, and made me laugh after a stressful day of moving. Everyone was kind and efficient. The Chick-fil-A in the town were were recently in staff were too busy talking to other staff, or over talking to customers so the food was always backed up and cold. Don't get me wrong, I am all about talking to customers but there is a point. Not this Chick-fil-A, the order comes out right away when or close to when it goes to the window, and is hot and ready. Thank you for making me laugh after a stressful day, I was full and happy. 😸“

“I have had their food about 6 times now. I love their subs and pizza. I have asked for items that turned out not to be on the menu and they added it to my pizza. The lady who takes my order is polite and always gets the order correct. I didn't rate the atmosphere as I have never dined in. I am always picking up food for my family“

The staff are great just like the food.

“We have been going to this McDonald's off and on for many years now, but more often in recent years with our granddaughters. While we've always enjoyed dining here, it seems that in the last several months, we've noticed a greater commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction. Kudos to management! I'd like to recognize a particular young man--Ken-- who was in the dining area tonight cleaning the tables and chairs. He was very polite and professional and did a great job cleaning. Nothing was missed on the tables and chairs all way down the legs to the floor. Impressive! Thanks for giving us a great McDonald's in Sumter!“

“The Auxiliary Unit 15 asked Bojangles to help feed our National Guard troops waiting for Hurricane Florence here is Sumter, SC. They did so with a wonderful full sized meal plan. The troops send there love! (Posted Pic on FB)“

“I’ve been visiting this location throughout the summer taking the grandchildren to play for lunch. The store is consistently clean, food is always hot / fresh, and the staff are always on point. Management is fully engaged with the Team and the overall environment is welcoming.“

“Captain D's is a seafood restaurant located on S Pike next to Shoney's is friendly, clean, and respectable staff and atmosphere. The food is not 5-star quality but palpable. To its credit, CD's gives veterans' and senior discounts! I ordered the Fish and Shrimp Dinner with broccoli and corn on the cob for my sides. The food was brought to the table, hot and fresh. Go! (and don't forget to leave a tip)!“

“Smells yummy when you walk in.
Friendly staff. Menu is easy to read with large print. Stocked options. Restaurant is clean. Location seems simple enough, I wasn’t in town long enough to get to know the area. Overall good first time visit to any firehouse subs. Sandwich came well packed in its own disposable dish, that’s a nice feature I wasn’t expecting.

Edit: I’m not a fan of the honey ham. I found the ham too sweet and downgraded the overall sandwich experience.
I also looked over the receipt and see I was charged $1.50 for a pickle spear, now I will say the pickle spear was unexpectedly more flavorful. The zest of garlic and pickling spices added a nice touch to the meal, but shame on the restaurant for charging $1.50 for a spear and not even letting the customer know there was an extra charge.

Star deduction for the ham and the uninformed up charge.“

“I love coming here because it's convenient for me. Whenever I pick up my son from high school, they always have my order ready. I never have to complain about the service because they are always on point. The environment is very clean, and the food is delicious.“

“Subs are always great, and customer service is awesome! I've always had a good experience here. The only times I've had something wrong with an order is when it was pretty busy. Which is understandable, of course. So I personally avoid busy/peak hours when I eat here.“

“Went here today and I ordered a large pepperoni pizza. I got there and guy handed me the box and about 10 pieces was on there. I was about to pop my lid. Until Shaun stepped in and had my pizza remade. He was amazing, his customer service skills are amazing. He make sure it was make correctly and he walked it to my car. Pizza Hut almost got one star from me but Shaun gets 5stars from me. (First picture is what I got) (second one is was was remade)“

“Let me start out by saying that every Cook Out restaurant is NOT the same. While a premise behind some fast food restaurants is that the food should generally taste the same at a specific restaurant no matter which on you visit, my mind is changed. The food at the restaurant in Sumter, S.C. was phenomenal! Add to it a clean facility and a very courteous staff, we will absolutely be back to Cook Out after less than pleasant experiences in Virginia. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great. Keep up the great work!“

“The only thing burger king has going for it is the Whopper. But this time I was pleasantly surprised. The fries and my drink were much better than normal. I got fast friendly service and fresh hot food. I will definitely be back to this location. Keep up the great work.“

“Just wanted a dinner and a movie night at home with the kids. Always ordered online so I have no experience with anyone inside. Delivery has always been 45-55 minutes so I plan accordingly. Only complaint is every time I put in for contactless delivery, but it never happens. That’s not the end of the world. I recommend online order and delivery option.“

The chocolate chip cookie was super good- everyone had some and all said it was a great cookie cake style dessert.“
