I normally love Arby's and the food is always hot and good quality. however last night I got an ice cold sandwich burnt fries and chicken tenders that were not edible. such a disappointment after spending $23.
People arguing behind the counter! Manager in the middle! Took 20 minutes to get 2 regular sandwiches & 2 shakes! Won’t be back!
Was there today and the employees was fussing with each other and we waited 10 mins just to take our order and they wasn’t even busy me and two other people got the general managers card and I called and she doesn’t even have her voice mail set up plus the girl wiped the mans milkshake cup off with her sleeve talk about nasty
