Arby's offers fresh food and good service, but some experiences fell short. While the burger was tasty, there were issues like mayo on a sandwich and not enough roast beef. Cold food and unexpected items like cardboard in a burger were disappointing, although the staff handled replacements well. Despite these, the drive-thru service was quick, and the food was delicious. Overall, the restaurant seemed clean and well-maintained, but shade in the parking lot would be a nice addition.
