My husband and I paid 8 bucks for 2 steak biscuits and could not eat them cause the biscuits were so hard plus one biscuit was barely wrapped it fell out in bag last but not least girl at drive thru window was very rude!!

I will never eat from here anymore! I haven’t eaten over 24 hours because I got food poisoning from the pork off there sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. I’m always eating pork. I love pork, so I will not be eating from here anymore. Who sells there customer old pork? This could be a law suit!!

In my experience with fast food Industry is that NONE ARE PERFECT yet the ones I have visited are truly good. The rating that I am giving indicates ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT, ROOM TO GROW. A five star rating means that there's no room to grow which is AGAIN my opinion IMPOSSIBLE FOR ANY COMPANY TO ACHIEVE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED

It’s Bo time! Forgot a wing in the #14 breast and wing combo but it was promptly given to us. Also misread and didn’t see that the #14 didn’t come with a drink and the guy up front gave us an extra cup. Guy up front said that they were down three people and they usually make $7000 to $8000 on friday nights! good luck to them! One more thing in the dining room the carpet is old and smells and is slippery? Not a critique on this Bojangles but just the company in general their biscuits are so dry! Anyways, like I said earlier “It’s Bo time!”
Wow! I stopped to get some chicken supremes in the drive through. The lady who took my order was so nice and professional. She spoke very calmly and clearly to the point of I thought she could have been a corporate trainer. I mean she was smooth and proficient. None of that screaming and being rude like you get at some drive through. Then I got my food. Let me tell you that these were the juiciest chicken supremes I’ve ever had. They were hot and fresh. This was by far my best Bojangles experience I’ve ever had. Thank you ladies for being so nice and helpful. Compliments to the kitchen staff too. So tasty.

This location needs a visit from corporate for quality control. The location closed the walk in 15 minutes early. The chicken was old and they did not fill order correctly the past 2 visits. The last visit a week ago the staff was moving like zombies and I waited 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be done in store. Please fix or it will be closed permanently. Chicken lover!

There was no chicken at 6 pm on a Saturday. The manager didn't show a speck of customer service, and neither did the crew. I had to check my order after waiting 25 mins. I was missing biscuits, fries, and chicken sandwich meal. That meal was no mayo on the sandwich. Guess what was on the sandwich a lot of mayo. I was the only customer in the lobby. I spent $70 and I couldn't get my order made right even after waiting 25mins. I noticed all the Bojanges are not as good and lack customer service. I not go I ng back.
