I worked for years on the KCK Taco Trail (google it) and thought I'd never find someplace as good until I stopped by the parking lot of the baseball and softball academy in Simpsonville, SC. One word review, LEGIT. I've had it four times now and everything I've eaten has been delicious. Pastor, asada, chorizo, pollo, it doesnt matter. My dad loves a good food truck and we stopped here today to grab some lunch. Ordered a bunch of different things. we got a history listen on the spit grill and how Lebanese immigrants introduced the grill to the Mexicans and now the al pastor is done on a spit grill. He even gave us a free sample of it. I got the Mexican hotdog and it was delicious.
