They were out of almost everything and took over 30 min to fill a counter service order.

Tried Sub Par Sandwiches. We arrived just before their opening time at noon but had to wait past that for someone to actually acknowledge us or take our order. There was an employee behind the counter but she did not look up at us or give us a “I’ll be with you in a minute” even when it was past their official opening time. When the employee finally flipped the light on and took our order, I asked for the chicken supreme club, but they were out of three of the five ingredients for the sandwich—she said she “didn’t have a chance to refill them yet” so whatever caused them to open late, it wasn’t readying ingredients. I ordered the chicken, bacon and ranch instead. It was a decent sandwich but nothing to write home about. My boyfriend ordered hibachi from Hotto Noodles down the counter and experienced the same delays and trouble getting an employee to acknowledge him. For me the food wasn’t enough to excuse the service.

DO NOT go to Bridgeway Pizza Co.
Supposedly the pizza in the picture is an Alfredo pizza. I guess a pizza that was horribly cooked with spinach and feta is considered “Alfredo”. Not only was the pizza horrible, the service was disrespectful and rude when we took the pizza back to ask for a refund. The garlic knots were also just glorified knots of bread with no garlic whatsoever.
0/10 do not recommend going here with Bridgeway Station.

Ordered the pizza online. Said it would be ready in 45 minutes. Got there to pick it up. They are out of Gaelic knots. (That I ordered online and paid online) I asked about a refund on the garlic knots and they asked to sub it for another item. I agreed. Food was not ready when I got there. Was another twenty minutes.
But when paying for your food, pay attention. There is a taxes and fees charge. Click on it bc they added $6 in gratuity to my to go order. But then I wanted you to leave an additional tip of min 25%.
A $25 pizza and $6 knots was almost $50. Make that make sense.

Were told we could only order cheese pizza, then had to wait hours for said cheese pizza, then were given the cheese pizza on a piece of cardboard because they somehow ran out of pizza boxes at the pizza restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend a homeless dog eat here, much less any human beings. Save your time and money, it’s probably more sanitary to eat straight off the grass outside.

This review is specifically for the pub inside the left side of the building. A particular male employee serving behind the bar was overly rude and was even verbally insulting customers, so much so that several of us decided to walk out and spend our money elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and skip this spot, 0 stars.

Update: After a spirited conversation with the establishment over the realities of the evening, our party received refunds. Appreciate the acknowledgement of the failures. Hopefully, things improve across the board for this establishment.
Lured here by the Disney trivia and got the full villain treatment. Food took forever to receive. Over an hour for one order. The food was insanely overpriced for the quality. Insanely. I cannot stress that enough. Your air fryer at home is likely more capable of producing food than the vendors at City Market Food Hall. Best part: there was no trivia. Nothing. The pub area was full of people waiting on trivia. People who only came out for trivia. Children. Families. When people starting asking, the bar staff didn’t have a clue and said trivia was on Tuesday. Eventually the manager said the trivia host was a no call, no show. An absolute cluster. It all felt very scammy. The kids got free ice cream in exchange for waiting insane times for food and trivia that never happened. We enjoyed our drinks and friends and that’s it. If you see an event here, proceed with caution and the lowest expectations humanly possible.

Six dollars for a regular sized slice of some of the worst cheese pizza I’ve ever had is ludicrous. I also ordered a cocktail at the near-empty bar and I’ve never seen someone make a cocktail so slow in my life - coming from a bartender. It’s like the speed on all the employees in there is turned down to .25.
It really has gone downhill. I have been several times with the last visit about 6 months previously. I will not go again for food. More flies in the restaurant than outside. Twenty minutes after ordering, I was told they were out of what I ordered and they suggested substition. The food was mediocre. Expensive with small portion size.

This review is specific to the bourbon burger restaurant. Absolutely everything about my experience here was awful. Read the reviews first and listen to them. The food took 50 minutes to come out for an appetizer, we still got the wrong food and it was cold. The food was terrible, the wait service was terrible. It was 88degrees and humid as heck and all the doors were wide open. We sweat the entire meal. I wish I had read the reviews. $60 down the drain.
Edit: the following day my entire family is vomiting and has bathroom trouble.
