“I came to pick up an online order and they have only 1 person working. He was doing his very best to fulfill orders, but whoever runs this store should definitely have more help. Or take the system offline for orders online so that their employees aren't stuck with insane amounts of orders to try and push out alone.“
“Stopped by yesterday to pick up an order I placed on Uber eats. Took it home and realized it was made wrong so I returned to the store to get a new sandwich made. The manager (Ryan) was very attentive and apologitic for the mistake. The team worked together and made me a new sandwich quickly.
Ryan handled the situation great and I appreciate his level of customer service provided.“
“Young kids working have attitude when they mess up your order and then you ask them to remake your sandwich because they messed your order up. Establishment not very clean also. There were flies flying all over lettuce and tomatoes, salt & pepper shakers. They didn't care about cleaning them or washing them off as long as you didn't say nothing to them about it they don't care what they give you. It's just a job to them....no worries.“
