My chicken was a little undercooked. I took it back and they fixed it for me

We ONLY chose to go to this restaurant because of where we moved to. The lady that answers the phone and runs the counter is RUDE AS@#$!! I have called and gone in several times as courteous and as nice as I can, And she is STILL VERY RUDE. When asked a question it is as if we are bothering her as the customer. She has done this 1 time too many --I will gladly drive over to Mauldin or on Woodruff road where they at least pretend to act decent. Food is average at best--but her service made the meal less desirable

The food was great and on par with most good Chinese restaurants. They really made my night after a long day at work and the lady upfront was super nice. I feel their star rating should be a lot higher. Another reviewer gave one star because he felt entitled to the one penny he owed the restaurant saying he was offended he received coin change after paying cash. If they had to give up a penny for every 100 orders, they’d lose a hard earned dollar each set. If you ordered food, even a penny’s worth, it’s not free. Google should ban some people from leaving reviews.

A bunch of refried food that tasted like it sat uncovered in a walk in cooler for days on end. Then fried and left to sit in the fry basket until some puttz, such as myself, comes on and orders it.Food was not hot and as I said, tasted old.

Order received wasn't what I anticipated, which is fine as I'm always up for trying new things, but there was only 1 bite- sized piece of chicken in the whole entrée.

Food was fine but lady at the register was rude. I just ordered some appetizers and it was $17.01. Handed her a $20 and she handed me my change including 99 cents in coins. Seriously?!?! I said something to her and she acted like she didn't understand. That one cent will make me never return.

I'm from out of state and came here for some Chinese takeout. The inside of the restaurant does look run down and can be a little unappealing but the food was actually very flavorful and fresh. I had the pork fried rice, boneless spare ribs, egg rolls and the fried dumplings and they all tasted delicious! Will definitely keep coming here for the remainder of my work trip here. Don't let the atmosphere turn you off because most delicious Chinese places out there always look run down inside!

This food was awful. The bourbon chicken tasted like teriyaki and the general tso chicken was mushy. The inside of the restaurant was dirty and unkept! Even the fortune cookies were stale. Huge waste of money.

I really enjoy Lin Garden. We usually get delivery. Before covid I could call up the restaurant and it would be at my house in 10 minutes. And it was very reasonably priced. After covid, we've had to order delivery from their website and pay a third party for delivery. And a few other ridiculous fees that made the total go up by at least 20 bucks. Sometimes 30! Needless to say, we don't order as often as we used to. But, their food is really good and sometimes worth it! ?

This used to be our favorite place for quick tasteful Chinese food. The Egg Rolls & Shrimp Rolls have gotten very wimpy and tasteless. Only half filled and about 2/3rds the size. The outside wasn’t crispy and were tough to chew. Pot Stickers were much smaller than a month ago but tasted better. Lack of chicken in the Chicken Lo-Mein. We really do need a nice dine-in Chinese restaurant n this area.
