Great food, prices and atmosphere. 100% recommend.
I love the food here. You get a good helping for a very good price. The 2 downfalls is some servers are a little rude and the music is way too loud.
Food is ALWAYS amazing, atmosphere is so cool and the service is always top notch.
Alvaro has been our server numerous times and he is seriously the best!

Based on the reviews, Sr. Jalapeño is a hidden gem and a favorite Mexican restaurant. The food is always great, delicious, and amazing with consistent taste and fresh quality. Portion sizes are perfect, and the chicken Hawaiian is a popular meal. The service is excellent, with super friendly and polite staff who are very attentive. The atmosphere is always nice, and seating is immediate. The servers Lucy and Esme L are wonderful and amazing. The restaurant is a go-to spot in Simpsonville, South Carolina.
