we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.
The most horrible place to get food from. My family come here to get some pizza and it was prepared like trash. The toppings was just thrown together because y’all have those kids back there not caring how they make the food. We saw how the food was prepared and it was unacceptable so we asked for a refund and Caleb refused to give us a refund. He was being a total jerk.
