Wouldn't accept my online order address (co worker had the same issue yesterday)and no one would answer the phone. Very disappointing.

Had to drop them a star. App was odd, order was well over an hour late, had to call to see what was going on. They must have been super busy, under staffed or overwhelmed that night. With giving the benefit of the doubt, down from 4 to 3, but really wanted to drop it to a 2.

We have tried Marco's multiple times and tonight will be our last (10/23/2025). When ordering a make your own pizza they can-not get it correct. Today we ordered pepperoni, mushrooms and light onion on the overall pizza, we added on half the pizza spinach and tomatoes (Roma). We got half of pizza with only spinach and tomatoes no pepperoni, mushrooms or onions. We also order six hot wings... got plain no hot seasoning at all. The last time we ordered, they did it incorrectly too. We called Marco's to let them know and the person wanted to argue. Also, while trying to pick up our order before today we had to wait as a conversation was happening between the people that were to wait on customers. We kept giving them chances but no more.

Horrible service! Order placed 90 minutes prior to arrival and not ready…told was in process…stood for 15 minutes and watched…was not started…I asked if started because I prepaid and wanted to cancel…was told started…I then watched as manager started the order…found some sort of plastic or hard organic material in steak sandwich and would not eat. Its a shame because the chain is good but stay away from this horrible location. They ignore the phone and lie to customers…a shame because they are close but I will drive to avoid.

I placed an online order using their app, but due to a glitch, my order ended up being cancelled. About 40–45 minutes later, I called to find out what happened, and the General Manager handled the situation professionally and courteously. We reordered our pizza over the phone, and it arrived quickly. Let me just say, it was hot, fresh and delicious!

This is one of our go-to places because they’re consistently good, and this experience just reaffirmed why we keep coming back. Great food, great service, even when technology throws a curveball.

Worst service ever. Walk in the restaurant , stand up in front the counter for over 10 minutes and out of 3 employees none of the acknowledged me, I left but I could hear giggles in the back.

I just ordered 2 pizzolis...one buffalo chicken and 1 pepperoni. When I got back to work..I had 2 buffalo chicken. I couldn't go back since I was on my lunch break so I had to eat something I really don't like. Please have employees pay attention to what is ordered
