I ordered a pizza online on 12/22 in the evening. I arrived at the designated time, but it was not ready. They were clearly understaffed and in the weeds. The pizza makers unwavering dedication to being the slowest pizza maker this side of the Mississippi was remarkable. I think the Twilight Zone music started playing at one point. Had to drop them a star. App was odd, order was well over an hour late, had to call to see what was going on. They must have been super busy, under staffed or overwhelmed that night. With giving the benefit of the doubt, down from 4 to 3, but really wanted to drop it to a 2.
