Two weeks ago we ordered a pizza for dinner and were told the wait would be an hour. 90 minutes later we called back to find out where our pizza was. “20 min away” was the answer and they offered us a credit to order pizzas for free at a later date. Our order magically showed up as we hung up the phone.

normally, I love Papa John's. today was terrible service. over 2 hours and toppings were all slid to one side if my pizza upon arrival, garlic knots were overcooked. on top of that, when I called to check on my order when it hadn't been delivered by 75min, the girl was rude. She hung up on me instead of putting me on hold for the manager!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
Took 2 hours to deliver a pizza and a papadia. After failing to “deliver” the first time (wrong address or driver was hungry I guess) and after trying to explain to 4 people on the phone what happened they finally delivered SOME of my order.
Don’t get delivery. Dominos is much better.
