I am a frequent Starbucks flyer & never have I done a review. This will be my first, on Feb 20th your morning shift wrote the cutest messages on my drink & sandwich bags, I didn’t have the money to tip them well enough like I would have wanted to but I DO want to let them know that message made my whole day & I appreciate y’all! This morning, I was really craving a coffee with expresso because I didn’t have a great night of sleep. As I walked up to the Starbucks, there were signs that were advertising new fall drinks so I was persuaded to get an iced grande pumpkin caramel chai with oat milk and espresso. I was able to ask Bailey questions and she was patient and answered them politely. She asked me questions to clarify my non-dairy choices. She made me feel heard.

I enjoy the people that work there and service is great. But I’m very surprised that they let the local panhandler couple hang out there, I felt sorry for them and helped them also, my friend put in a good word for the man , he got the job at the car wash around the corner.
