The Starbucks here in Simpsonville has two Sister Barista's that are phenomenal, polite, friendly and very helpful. Tatiana and CiCi you are the best!
Sophia and Emma are always working hard when I stop by. Such a sweet staff. Never misses!
Ever since I moved up here after trying this starbucks, it has been a delight having the team who handles this starbucks branch make the drinks I and my wife consume daily! I jave been a regular since I've been here and they already know what I am getting and make sure its done correctly and quickly! I forsake the other starbucks branches that even open earlier to get my coffees! It soooooo worth going into work late to get my coffee from this branch!

The Starbucks branch has a team that quickly makes drinks for regular customers, so a local resident enjoys daily coffee without waiting. The team knows each order and prepares it correctly, making the branch worth a late trip. A barista once took an order with her back turned, saying “I am listening.” A smile and eye contact helped, but food quality, efficiency, and cleanliness were still up to standard. A customer asked for the barista’s favorite drink and received cinnamon cold brew, which was appreciated. Another customer ordered a tall iced double caramel latte with extra expresso for $7.75, but received an 8 ounce cup and felt unhappy because a tall is 12oz.
