This was truly my favorite Starbucks location while living in Simpsonville. I spent many mornings here enjoying a drink while working or taking meetings, and the staff was always so friendly and welcoming. On busy days, placing a mobile order before hitting the drive‑through made everything smooth and quick. I really miss this store, but I’ll absolutely stop by again when I’m in town. Thank you for always making it such a comfortable place to be.

Be prepared for a wait in line, especially during peak hours, and note that prices may be a bit steep for some. The coffee at this location tends to be much stronger than at other Starbucks, which some customers find less preferable. Customers appreciate the always friendly and polite service at the drive-through, where staff often go above and beyond, sometimes offering free drinks in special situations. The staff is consistently kind, welcoming, and attentive, making sure drinks are made well and customer needs are met.
