Waited literally 20 minutes with only three cars ahead of me getting just a coffee in line. If there was a way for me to get out of the drive-thru line I would have gotten out of the drive-thru line. But now I'm late to what I was supposed to be to because there's no way out of the drive-thru line once you're in it. Literally everyone in front of me ordered one cup of coffee and it took them 20 plus minutes for my card to get to the window. Once I got to the window I just told them forget it and I left cuz I wasn't about waiting at the 10 minutes for my coffee. It's currently 6:50 at night, I got here at 6:30. I don't know what's going on but Starbucks do better.

I’ve been going here about 2 years. The staff are always nice! But the last few times my husband and I got coffee here it’s just been poor quality. The drinks are ways missing an ingredient or something. We know they’ll re-make it but that’s if you realize it in time and if it’s going to be made by the same person again then it’s a bit pointless. It costs too much to be wrong everytime lately. It’s close to our house so we kept going thinking it was just a one off or something but then it kept happening. Not sure what changed :(

Had a mobile pickup order, the team persistently laughing in the intercom. Spoke with a shift lead, who cannot control her team. They persistently laughed at her. So unprofessional. Do better with hiring people that have empathy and emotional regulation.

The people at this starbucks are always rude. Today I placed a mobile order 5 minutes before I arrived and when I told her my order she said “ummm yeah we’re not there yet hun” when there was a single car in front of me. Then at the window they proceeded to say absolutely nothing to me just hand me my order in silence.

So the morning crew is amazing and wonderful and make the best coffee but unfortunately, the afternoon crew couldn’t make a decent cup of coffee to save their lives. I hate to be like this because I’m not going to write a review or complain, But after the coffee, I just got from Meme. I’m not going back in the afternoon at all. I ordered a drink with extra caramel drizzle, and there was absolutely no caramel at all. There was also a bunch of ground sitting at the bottom of the cup.

We're out of 2 items we ordered . Upon paying with card system prompted me for a tip. No thank you. I will remove Starbucks from my radar. P.S. thier tips are communal.
