The people at this starbucks are always rude. Today I placed a mobile order 5 minutes before I arrived and when I told her my order she said “ummm yeah we’re not there yet hun” when there was a single car in front of me. Then at the window they proceeded to say absolutely nothing to me just hand me my order in silence.

So the morning crew is amazing and wonderful and make the best coffee but unfortunately, the afternoon crew couldn’t make a decent cup of coffee to save their lives. I hate to be like this because I’m not going to write a review or complain, But after the coffee, I just got from Meme. I’m not going back in the afternoon at all. I ordered a drink with extra caramel drizzle, and there was absolutely no caramel at all. There was also a bunch of ground sitting at the bottom of the cup.

I bought a cup less than 20 days ago, without ignoring how expensive it was. I paid over $30 for it. It turns out its lid was already damaged, leaking even without being hit. I went to the store to complain, and all I got was a sorry from an employee. I didn't receive an exchange or refund for the product. I think it was my last time at Starbucks. This mistreatment of a customer doesn't seem fair.

I came here two days in a row on during the afternoon (2:30 PM) on April 8 - 9, but every time I order via mobile app, they take so long to make my drink. My friend orders via mobile app as well and manages to get her drink in less than 10 minutes. The place is not busy at all, so I don't understand? My order isn't super complicated either, I order my drink at the Starbucks located in Fairview road and I get it within 5 to 10 minutes. So far as I am typing this, it has been about FORTY minutes. There are no cars in the drive thru and there is about 6 people in here including my friend and I. I recommend going to the Starbucks at Fairview Rd honestly. There's two workers in here on a not so busy afternoon and I still have not received my drink, omg.
