I recently visited your location under very unfortunate circumstances, as my father had just been discharged from the hospital and was craving a coffee. I asked my sister to place the order via the drive-thru app on his behalf. I was approximately 10 minutes away when the order went through, likely due to a delay either in the app or with the user.

When I arrived to pick up the order, I approached the window to notify the staff. The response I received was a sharp and irritated huff over the intercom, followed by a request to pull around because the order had just been received. Upon doing so, I was greeted by Mary, who, rather than being courteous, loudly shouted to her coworkers, complaining that I had placed my order while sitting in the parking lot and was expecting it to be ready immediately. She made it abundantly clear that she found this situation "ridiculous."

Mary then approached the window, rolled her eyes, and coldly stated that they were still working on it. I made sure to clarify that I was not the one who had placed the order. In response, Mary questioned me further, even attempting to peer at my work phone to see if the app was pulled up. Despite this, she failed to offer any apology. Instead, she ran to the back to continue her conversation with her coworkers, speaking in a dismissive tone, as if I couldn't hear.

This experience was utterly disappointing. The lack of professionalism and respect shown, especially in a situation where my father was involved, was unacceptable. It's unfortunate, but this kind of service seems to be all too common in Simpsonville.

Not a criticism, just a comment. Not sure why but the coffee at this Starbucks seems to be much stronger than at other locations, like Fairview Rd and Main St. Being just a mile from my house, I wish it wasn't. I'd probably go more often. I just don't care for it being that strong. On the plus side, the service at the drive-through is always great, and the folks I encounter there are friendly and polite.

Came thru the drive through last night and ordered a venti iced blonde vanilla latte made with soy milk and a venti caramel macchiato no caramel drizzle and just by ordering you could tell the girl taking drive thru orders was miserable but didn’t think much of it. When we arrived at the window she said she had accidentally put caramel drizzle in the macchiato and my husband told her it was fine he would take it due to them being so busy at the time. She then hands us the blonde latte and it had whip cream on top (which it doesn’t come with) and I proceeded to tell the girl I have a milk allergy so I can’t have the whip cream on top hence to why I ordered soy milk. She then says with an attitude “well I didn’t know that and we can’t guarantee anything without milk in it”. I told her it was fine if she can just make it without the whip cream (THAT DOESN'T COME ON AN ICED LATTE) she then very miserably remakes the drink and just shoves it to us thru the window. I don’t know if she just hates her life or what but don’t take it out on customers at your job!!

I’m a regular at this Starbucks and the service is always outstanding. The staff is so kind and they always make my drinks so well! Cal is also always very accommodating. He gave us free drinks after we had our son & after the hurricane Helene outage. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Staff was rude and not knowledgeable about their products. I paid 7.51 w/tax for an iced energy which I have gotten 4 days in a row. Today it wasn't made correctly (see photo) and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. The other day another Young man came to the window after I had ordered and I told him I had already ordered and he said lady I just got here very rudely!

Got names wrong but that’s a given. The woman at the register didn’t listen to the orders in general. We seemed like a bother that we came in. Names and stickers were all mixed up and difficult to figure out. It’s very hard to listen for your wrong name. Maybe we will try supporting Crossroads coffee local store across the street.

The people there are nice. However, the manager is super load and bossy the her employees in a humiliating manner. She needs emotional intelligence training. This should be a guess experience, instead of hearing about all the employees' personal issues.
