I’ve been going here about 2 years. The staff are always nice! But the last few times my husband and I got coffee here it’s just been poor quality. The drinks are ways missing an ingredient or something. We know they’ll re-make it but that’s if you realize it in time and if it’s going to be made by the same person again then it’s a bit pointless. It costs too much to be wrong everytime lately. It’s close to our house so we kept going thinking it was just a one off...
So the morning crew is amazing and wonderful and make the best coffee but unfortunately, the afternoon crew couldn’t make a decent cup of coffee to save their lives. I hate to be like this because I’m not going to write a review or complain, But after the coffee, I just got from Meme. I’m not going back in the afternoon at all. I ordered a drink with extra caramel drizzle, and there was absolutely no caramel at all. There was also a bunch of ground sitting at the bottom...
Not a criticism, just a comment. Not sure why but the coffee at this Starbucks seems to be much stronger than at other locations, like Fairview Rd and Main St. Being just a mile from my house, I wish it wasn't. I'd probably go more often. I just don't care for it being that strong. On the plus side, the service at the drive-through is always great, and the folks I encounter there are friendly and polite.
