This is always a hit or miss. The service is always either great or not! Today is a total miss. I’ve been sitting in the store for 20+ minutes and have seen people come and go while I’m still waiting on my simple order of a single shot of espresso.
I go here daily before work. So much so that several staff know me just by my voice on the speaker. I always get my coffee warm, but this whole past week it's been scolding hot like it's burnt like you can't even taste the flavor of the coffee thats why I get warm. It's like I'm drinking dirty hot water all the flavor is just burnt out. 😫😕 idk if it's new staff and they aren't making it warm like i request obviously or what 😓
