My order came out COMPLETELY WRONG. I ordered 2 pizzas and a order of cheese sticks. My Buffalo chicken pizza did not have any buffalo sauce on it or even on the side, just cheese pizza with a couple pieces of chicken. My pizza was not flavorful and soggy, very disappointed.

Fantastic Italian subs, by far my personal favorite. Also recommend there chicken bacon ranch pizza as well as Buffalo chicken pizza. The subs can be accompanied by fantastic bacon cheese fries. Service can be little slow, but able to get refills yourself as needed and the staff is very kind and feel like a home environment. They have fantastic lunch specials that are pretty diverse. Took forever to get someone to know I was there. Placed my order, came back the 10 minutes later that she said. When I came back took forever once again, for someone to come out from the back. Got home, missing food and food that I had was wrong. I definitely would check the order BEFORE you leave

do yourself a favor and drive the extra few minutes to go to the one in Moonville. the food is better quality and the service is extremely better. took forever for anyone to even come to the counter to take my order as they were "conversating" in the back. then when I did get my food it was wrong

Ordered a to go order they said 20 minutes get there and they didn't have order ready in 25 minutes and another customer order was wrong the girl who claims she was manager get mad ans says you people because we were African Americans very unprofessional and says she was the manager but our reply was who owns this business i beengoing here for years but will never ever get my money or you people money because she did not have order right and to say she didn't want our service to get out I spend my money on what I order food was cold and chicken had hair on it
8/22/2024 at about 7:30pm I placed an order by phone for delivery. I ordered a large Steak Supreme Pizza with the total price of $25.01 and I was paying cash. I never received the pizza and about 9:20pm I continued to call but no answer or the line was busy. VERY FRUSTRATING AND UNACCEPTABLE TO CUSTOMERS, THE PERSON WHO TOOK MY ORDER DID NOT SEEM TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING, HE ASKED FOR MY ADDRESS & PHONE NUMBER 3 TIMES. ?? I normally order here weekly, but this was bad business!!!!!!!

Ordered here 3 times recently and have been dealing with short staffing, food orders wrong and then call back for my credit and they tried to give me 50% not what was told. These kids working in the back are playing in the back every time carrying conversations and do not even greet you properly. I never pay it any mind because I come in and out whenever I do rarely come by. This was the last blow for me because I have wasted money several times recently with them. Prior too the service was great. This last few months has been bad. I ordered a pizza for delivery never came. Waited and called back they said oh it was put in as carry out you can come get it. Excuse me a pizza sitting for a HOUR? Next I called to order and I got somebody else order, last time I ordered cheese they gave me pepperoni so yes I’m pissed because it’s always something because they are not focused! Female manager was very apologetic but those kids that do not take their job serious need to find another job. The pizza quality was good however just tired of having to deal with poor attention to detail and reoccurring mistakes that can be avoided
