After driving by this place on a regular basis, I finally tried them for the first time today. I have been missing out!! This was the best fried catfish and okra that I have ever eaten in my life!! I will be back weekly to try other items on the menu!!
The food was good even after I let it cool off in my car for a hour and a half and warmed it back up it was delicious although I paid $36 for a three meat plate with a extra side had I known I was going to have to pay almost $6 for using my card I would have paid cash but no one told me other than that my experience was perfect I will eat there again but will not use my card
I made a quick stop here this Labor Day weekend, I ordered two fish plates one with baked beans and fried orka and one with potato salad and fries. Food was fried perfectly, only thing is I don't like bones in my fish but there wasn't many bones to pick out. Very good customer service for sure and very professional & polite!! The owner himself was back in the kitchen breaking a sweat. I recommend everyone that is coming to visit Spartanburg SC stop here to get some...
